Elementary, Middle School & Junior High Graduation Diploma Covers

Graduation Cap and Gown Depot supplies graduation diploma covers for elementary, middle school and junior high ceremonies, with options for students, schools, districts and educational organizations. Available products include standard diploma covers, tent-style and book-style options, imprinted covers and selected customized diploma holders.

Diploma Covers for Certificates & Documents

Graduation diploma covers provide a presentation holder for certificates, diplomas and other recognition documents distributed during promotion and graduation ceremonies. Because document dimensions can vary by school and program, compare the actual certificate or diploma size with the individual product specifications before ordering.

8.5 x 11 Diploma Cover Options

Selected 8.5 x 11 diploma covers are available in tent-style and book-style configurations. Review each product to confirm its orientation, dimensions, construction and included features. Do not select a diploma cover based only on grade level, since the size of the certificate or document determines the appropriate cover.

Standard, Imprinted & Customized Diploma Covers

Choose from standard covers as well as selected imprinted and customized diploma holders. Customization options, imprint locations, minimum quantities, artwork requirements and production details vary by product. Buyers submitting a school name, logo, seal, trademark or other protected artwork should have appropriate authorization to use that material.

Measure the Document Before Ordering

Before purchasing, confirm the width and height of the actual diploma, certificate or document that will be placed inside the cover. Also review the product specifications for orientation and usable document area. A cover described for an 8.5 x 11 document should not automatically be assumed to fit certificates with different dimensions.

Individual & Bulk Diploma Cover Orders

Students and families can purchase available covers individually where offered, while schools, districts and educational organizations can coordinate bulk graduation diploma cover orders. For larger or customized orders, confirm quantities, document dimensions, cover style, color, imprint or customization requirements and the ceremony date before placing the order.
